Telehealth Services: We partner with Elation Health, a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record platform, to securely hold and manage patient data. Your data is kept on the Elation Health platform to provide you with telehealth services, to diagnose medical conditions, and to offer treatment recommendations.

Communication: We may contact you via email or phone for appointment reminders, follow-ups, or other relevant communications.  

Legal Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Encryption: All data transmitted during telehealth visits is encrypted to protect your privacy.

Access Control: Only Dr. Lichtash and authorized personnel has access to patient records.
